Road2Pro is a global academy designed for ambitious and serious gamers who are ready to elevate their performance and pursue a clear, structured path into the world of professional esports in Counter-Strike 2 and Valorant.
We take players step by step to develop all essential skills: aiming, communication, teamwork, react and adapt, utility usage, individual play, and positioning.
Training is delivered in teams of five players, ensuring a practical environment that mirrors professional scrims and tournaments to maximize learning effectiveness.
We offer three training levels to suit every stage: Beginner – Intermediate – Advanced, providing the perfect pathway for players to reach the highest level of competition
Each stage of our program lasts 12 months, giving players the time and structure to grow and master their skills. Upon completing the Advanced stage, players earn the opportunity for a trial period with professional Esports Organizations featured in our Our Partners section. This is the gateway for graduates to sign with top teams and begin their journey as professional esports athletes, building a solid foundation to launch their careers in esports the right way
